The Challenge

Years of routine maintenance had been missed on this Paradise Valley cabin. By the time the homeowners reached out to DKS, multiple lower logs showed signs of rot and the stain had faded to bare wood on the sun-exposed south and west sides. Don's on-site evaluation identified both visible and thermal-detected concerns.

Our Process

The crew arrived on schedule, blasted all four sides, replaced compromised logs, applied fresh chinking throughout, and completed a full stain and clear coat application.
